Congrats for being the one through 5 pages.

Most nikkas didn't even care about him enough to even Google and lie so I know you're an actual fan.

I liked him a lot back in the day off remixes and shyt but lets be real when we say not only was he the worst member, he's still the memorable member. And for good reason. He makes worst music than them all.

Literally nobody is copping or listening to a whole slaughterhouse album for Ortiz.

He's more culturally relevant as a commentator than he ever was an artist.

For good reason. It's also the most public he's been as a rapper. But every guest he's ever sat down with has acknowledged him as an actual rapper from Nicki to chance to push to Gibbs etc.

I get not liking him off his personality but ya'll tryna hate so bad you're lying lol. There's a reason he has transitioned so well and done nothing but continue to gain fans as he goes and hits different paths.

You can think he's corny or whatever. It's cool. Nicki wasn't wrong when she said that a lot of people let him slide because of how good of a rapper he was/is. Him also being good on TV and as a media personality doesn't remove that.

Let's put it like this. If he ever retires, not only will he outsell every slaughterhouse member, he'll have his best selling, reviewed and talked about album. He would easily crack 100k with his current mindset and set of friends. If he made his Damn., it would fukking go - literally the only thing holding back his success as a rapper is himself. If he took that shyt like he does podcasting, he could have a 2 chainz moment

I hope something shakes out.

I have no doubt it would be a great album especially now.

Yeah, but that's why I say Joe Budden TV for Love & Hip-Hop. him putting his relationship on full-blast, and people tuning in...he was getting streaming numbers before it was a trend, before IG, so it had to spark some sort of ideas. Before that, VH1 was doing Surreal Life. Joe Budden TV introduced Tahiry and chaos and dysfunction on a semi-mainstream level, from a hip-hop perspective. I think the LHH comes along well after it did without it.

i think this hurts your arguement for joes relevance

is LHH really for the culture? ima say no

technically it is but from where im at mona scott has done a lot more than ratchet reality tv

That wasn't an opinion. He did a lot of shyt first

Add to that doing live internet broadcasts for rappers

:umad:

your camron gif means nothing as i was up on camron ten years before his bill o reily appearance

much like @nieman your stance is similar so i will reference my response to him to you as well.

and no he was not the first rapper to broadcast himself on the internet

but he is the first rapper to get beat up live on the internet though

So is budden technically still signed to shady as a collective of slaughter house? If so, how does he “get” out of the contract?
