If you’ve been around people like Joe, letting that emotion out verbally is sometimes the only thing stopping you from just throwing hands.

Joe is manipulative as fukk, but I can see through it. First he started fishing for how much ish knew about that night, once he was certain ish didn't have any details, he acted like hookah was all that happened, and put all the blame on the ex.

Joe more than likely fukked that night, but he'll never admit to more than what Ish already knows.

I can see this being the case. Joe's body language in the conversation lets you know he has sensitive information about the situation. His wording is crazy cryptic over a situation that's clearly having an impact on the other person.
