MIKE SPLEAN
Superstar
This hurts more than the other disses because he's literally talking to him like an adult would to a child.
Yall buggin with this lose nothing business
His loosing his hip hop appeal... He's literally transforming into a full blown pop artist.
If that's his plan I'm not mad at him but
Did you take a poll? This song was 6 minutes long.
I listened to about 1:30 seconds of this and I cut it off.
Its hard for me to care about this when no one in real life does.
A few things...
1. I'm not one of those dudes that always talk about the mix, but this shyt legit sound like a rip from his periscope video. How doesn't Parks know this?
2. This doesn't sound like a diss...It just sounds like he's talking to Drake, since we all know he is.
3. Good song... Either Joe and Drake are closer than we all thought, or now this shyt is kinda creepy to be honest...lol. It's like a break-up gone bad.
All I can think about is how many angles I'd rebuttal Joe with. This might be another bait song to lull Drake to sleep in thinking Joe ran out of ammo. But real nikka know better...
for those that were bothered by the mixing, mixed by Joe's sound engineer (includes free download)
If a tree falls in the woods does it still make a noise. Probably, however buddens effort seem to go unnoticed becuase his diss only becomes relevant if drake responds.
Til then the tree has not only fallen from
It's grace but no one cares since no is around.

What's funny about this "beef" is that on any normal day, these are two corny dudes that Hip Hop heads have continuously clowned their whole career. Nas said it best, "People have an issue with Drake's success." So if we're being honest, cats will side with whoever disses him. But I can't pretend to be a Budden fan overnight because I find Drake annoying. LOL!!
Back in the Mood Musik days, I thought Budden was on his way, but dude's kinda wasted his talent on subpar music his whole career. Got washed on every track Slaughterhouse did, clearly the weakest link. And Drake is an anomaly, seems like a parasitic dude who plays rapper when it's convenient, but has learned how to craft hits and build relationships to stay visible when it counts. But there's nothing about him that looks authentic or even Hip Hop. So for heads like me, this is like the fight you saw at school, with the two nerdy dudes who no one cared about, so you just kept walking by.
