I think Joe Brady stays in the NFL. Hes young, and many will still view him as an innovative mind still. He has a great two years as someone's OC, he becomes one of the hottest NFL head coaching candidates.

Maybe his success had more to do with having 3 studs in burrow, Jefferson, and Chase
People keep saying that like he didn’t even coach them. Our offense was so antiquated and flabby before he came and was looking soft and gimmicky after he left. Maybe people should ask the players about their development over that summer before just assuming he had nothing to do with their development from 2018 to 2019.

Maybe he ask for his release to leave?
That’s kind of what I’m thinking. How do you fire your OC in the middle of the season while still alive for the playoffs? People are making more assumptions. Carolina’s offense wasn’t even that bad. They just aren’t healthy or deep. Their problems have a lot to do with injuries and their roster of scrubs. But the main issue is qb play. Here are some highlights from there last game. Just watch it and tell me what you think of the qb play.

That’s usually how it works it always kills how they suck off these OCs like that and then when the new team expects the shyt he did with the only team they get upset :heh:

As far as coaches go, he might just be the biggest charlatan in the game right now. His reputation is magnitudes larger than his actual skill as a play caller.

I'm saying there's more to it than coordinator. You need better players,
Robby Anderson has been complaining since Week 4 that defenses are just sitting on routes and he won’t make adjustments.

Last season, Teddy Bridgewater masked a lot of Brady’s deficiencies as a play caller, Teddy also called out the staff for not practicing the two-minute drill or red zone (maybe that’s on Rhule), but he got made the scapegoat and traded thinking they could fix Sam Darnold.

He really wasn’t qualified being an NFL offensive coordinator other than being young and white and being around Sean Payton for a year. Hopefully Matt Rhule is next to join him unemployed
