It's all about getting one over on the US and America specifically for the "multipolar" advocates. It wouldn't be such a problem either if the other poles weren't a bunch of illiberal totalitarians.

They'll always come back with, "but you're Black!" I'm American. Black Americans know that if America gets a cold, Black people get the flu. Keeping America healthy is generally good for Black Americans.

I get what you mean in that you don't want enemies expanding their sphere of influence unchecked. I guess it just makes me feel some type of way when they can draw up a multi-billion dollar foreign aid bill in days but it's a struggle to find the funds for issues at home.
