The primary was because Warren and Bernie were in the same lane, so people went with Bernie because they had to choose one or the other and were scared sexism would hurt Warren.

For example I voted Bernie because Warren was already out by the time the primaries hit Michigan, otherwise I would've went with Warren. And really you could make the same argument about Kamala as Warren since her campaign fizzled out after the first debate.



Guess we have to agree to disagree on that. If they voted for Trump in 2016 and Trump is still on the ballot they'll vote for him again IMO. I've never seen any evidence that a significant portion of Trump voters have regrets. It's easier to convince somebody who was leaning a certain way to show up to the polls than it is to get somebody to change how they actually vote.

People that are going to fall for him name calling, again, or dog whistling, again, or creating strawmen, again, likely weren’t truly disgusted with him in the first place. He’s going to have some unintelligible shyt to say about whoever is the VP choice. It doesn’t matter.

Quitters mentality. Those white voters will come back. If they voted Obama they'll vote for his VP. Hillary lost them because of the fact her husband and the bush family sent all their jobs to China, India and Vietnam.
