He shouldnt have pardoned anybody on there. If he was going to pardon 37 of them, he might as well pardon the rest of them. Youre not doing anybody any favors with those bullshyt pardons. fukk him and his political bullshyt.
These aren't pardons dude. Life in prison is an infinitely worse punishment and the inmate will suffer more. The death "penalty" is an easy way out for the murderer

Man executed your mother while she prayed to the Lord for mercy. Then circle back and made she she was dead again. And you advocate for his mercy:childplease:

The devout Black ultra Democrat ultra Christian demo are a hinderance to the advancement of Black people in America in the year 2024. Just too weak. It's like they're playing flag football with no pads in a NFL game.:francis:

Go ahead and neg me

naw... i would say the hip hop/thug generation is a hindrance

The Reverend Sharon Risher, whose mother Ethel Lee Lance and two cousins were among those killed by Roof, called Biden's decision "unfair" and urged him to "finish the job"—referring to his administration's 2021 moratorium on federal capital punishment—by commuting the sentences of all the men on federal and military death row to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.
You can't rank victims, Mr. President," Risher, who is board chair of Death Penalty Action, told Newsweek. "I am begging you to finish the job, not only with the three men left on federal death row, but also with those on the military death row. There's still time. Finish the job."

How are you such a sick, twisted, sycophant c00n that you want to save the racist that murdered your mother and two cousins because they're Black AFTER they just welcomed him into the church? :dahell:

The complete lack of dignity, pride, honor and love of family and self is pathetic. Like a bunch of cattle just mindlessly watching the slaughter and numb to it. I don't think you can live your family, lose them like that and have any sympathy for the murderer.

Most people I've seen against the death penalty are because of possible wrong sentencing. This shyt is different.

No it's not. These guys aren't gonna be in solitary their whole lives with no fun. They could possibly learn to enjoy themselves
Prison is a miserable experience especially knowing that you're never going home. It's a slow, slow death. And Dylan Roof would be getting his ass kicked every day. That "protective custody" stuff is only in TV and movies

And she needs to die.
Why? She's taking a principled stance against the death penalty. She believes it is immoral.

I am one of more than 300 leaders from all of our state’s major faith traditions who signed a letter asking the governor to use his power to reduce extreme sentences. A commutation is not a pardon, and it does not exonerate or excuse a person from punishment; a person could receive a commutation and remain in prison for life. In this case, commutations would ensure that unjust and racist executions are never carried out in our names.

I was shocked when I learned that even though North Carolina stopped executing people in 2006, we still have the fifth largest death row in the country. A disproportionate number of those people are Black, and more than half of them were sentenced by overwhelmingly white juries.

I also learned that twelve people have been exonerated from death row in our state, and eleven of them were people of color. They were sentenced to death despite being innocent. Considering the many inequities and errors of our criminal legal system, there are surely more innocent people who still sit on death row.

I use to feel this way, but the truth is there are dudes in prison that are content being in prison. In that case, they aren't suffering at all. They still get to have a life. The prisoner wins, the family loses.
