The tax rate is being increased because we have proof that lowering it didn't incentivize businesses to avoid juking the system nor did it lead to the repatriation of capital nor the idiocy of trickle down economics.

I disagree… I believe most of the juking occurs through legal means not a lack of funding.

… and increasing the rates does nothing to address the issue far as I can see, and the IRS targeted the poor more than the rich when it was better funded.
