California has by far the highest gas tax of any state. That is not an “America” or Joe Biden problem.
What is your point in the context of this conversation?
gas prices aren't lower because it's a global commodity and because they don't want to increase supply as much a they could.

To be fair he is right to assume that. They usually fukk with gas prices before elections seemingly like clockwork. Especially if the opposing party would be beneficial to the oil/gas industry.
wonder if bidens sanctions on russia and who they can sell oil to and support of ukraine who is attacking russia oil and gas infrastructure has something to do with their calculus then.
or maybe trump is too unpredictable for them

In 2020, Trump bragged nonstop that he negotiated with Russia, OPEC, Mexico and U.S. oil companies to cut 20 million barrels a day.
TrumpFlation started in January 2021 as the vaxx (1st shots December) & Trump reopened everything rapidly. Trump had flooded the economy with stimulus money but had no plan in place to stimulate supply to meet demand. Bringing factories, especially oil refineries, back online takes time. Especially with a broken supply chain.
Biden, on the other hand, flooded the oil markets with supply and brought down oil/gas prices, decreasing TrumpFlation.
The second video, on how Biden broke OPEC, is worth the 7 minutes.

Trump wanted cuts of up to 20 million barrels of oil a day for 2 years, but the final agreement was to cut 10 million barrel a day from Apr 2020 to Apr 2022. That is 233.6 billion gallons worth of gasoline and fuel oil removed from the world's supply. It was "GREAT" for Putin.

Other day I pumped gas and had to double take at the cost after the machine dispensed my receipt, hadn’t heard anything otherwise but now I see we’re back under 3 bux a gal in the valley of the sun 
I get my gas almost exclusively from Sam’s, and truthfully it’s one of them things i don’t really look at the price on regularly cause it don’t matter, I gotta have it to commute to work. Anyway hope the same drops for where yal at. Thought about those stickers of yore and been some time since I seen em, also thought about the potential troll opportunity with a red eyed Joe version. Meh. Searched this forum instead and came across this still timely thread lol, good stuff. Salute OP

Actually somebody came around snatching those signs up when gas started coming down. They put FJB up with markers in its place.
