I knew all that Kavanaugh grandstanding would cost Dems...

I said it at the time. Kavanaugh was a terrible judge. Dems should of focused on his opinions and biases, instead of the sexual assault allegations. Something like that is almost impossible to prove.

Reading this thread is frustrating. It seem like nobody cares about the truth. People have made up their mind before even looking at the details. People that like Biden want to believe the best, and people who dislike him want to believe the worse. I have no idea if Biden did this or not. The case is not going to be definitively proven on either side. What I do know is that it is a terrible political story for Biden and the Dems. Can Biden overcome this? Probably, but you don’t want your nominee to be taking about sexual harassment. This is also taking focus away from Trump covid response.
