It's not a coaching issue. It's a talent issue.

The Lakers don't have enough talent to out score teams consistently and they don't have enough talent to play defense. LeBron is old, so most nights if not all nights, he's a liability on defense. Their guards can't defense and AD can't defense by himself. LeBron also should be the point guard anymore. He's their best ball handler and he can run the offense, but the fact that he has to speaks to how bad they are.
