How is multiple DUIs not a Wellness Policy violation? WWE's reaction being "He's his own man don't @ me" is wild.
It’s fukking insane. Especially in today’s atmosphere where if you fukk up, everything and everyone you’ve ever been associated with is scrutinized and demonized for clicks.

You’d think such a socially aware company would be more wary of shyt like this.

Got in an accident a few years ago where a lady who was under the influence (drugs, alcohol, both?) came across traffic at like 1am and totaled my car. I have no sympathy for somebody who’s sloppy drunk getting behind the wheel. No matter how talented or likable dude is on tv, he needs to get this shyt under control. If he’s been caught this many times, he probably has been drunk driving hundreds of times over the years.

“He later bonded out on $1,000” :what:

Ok maybe the bond was 10k and he dropped 10% to get but STILL how the fucck is multiple DUIs not mandatory jail time :what:

And WWE is Reeeeeeeally trying hard not to release talent nowadays huh :dwillhuh:

Bet all them deavor season casualties burning up for coming along 1-2 decades too soon.

More I think about. Too teach him a lesson. 6 months of rehab plus 6 months suspension with no pay. Naomi will be paid to stay home with him but his brother gets to go solo . If his brothers singles run fails then when his suspension is over, they can comeback fresh.

Also why hasn't his license been suspended? He many DUIs does he have to get for that to happen?

And yeah it seems like you can do everything short of murder and rape and still wont get released.

because they can't revoke your right to bail unless he killed somebody or you a flight risk for something serious. He hasn't gone to trial yet to be sentenced.

Either way breh needs to take several sits for this shyt tho before he kills someone

I don't understand sober nikkas doing 80+ in a 45 so a drunk muthafukka doing that is insane. He needs to have some type of rehab.
When I was young I would get pissy and drive home on the regular. Whenever I have I made 100% sure I was going the speed limit and not swerving lanes or giving cops any reason to pull me over. I also could hold my liquor like crazy and would never completely lose my mind like others.
I had one friend where if he had any drinks he'd be driving reckless as fukk going all over the speed limit, swerving lanes, I remember him just pulling off the highway and hitting a random backyard to start off roading in his jeep. Had to get the fukk away from dude.

to put things into perspective about this being a third offense DUI in the United States

First Offense DUI by country

- In Norway, DUI offenders are sentenced to three weeks in jail, with hard labor

- In Russia, DUI offenders lose their drivers license for life (BAC is only .02 in Russia)

- In South Africa, DUI offenders are fined $10,000 and/or a ten-year prison sentence

- In Malaysia, If you are married and your husband/wife is caught with a DUI, both of you are handed the same punishment, even if only one of you was found in the car.

- In Saudi Arabia, DUI offenses are punishable by lashes in the public square

- In El Salvador, a DUI conviction can mean a death sentence if convicted

- In Bulgaria (Rusev and Lana be safe :damn:), a SECOND offense DUI results in the death penalty
