Ive never seen one of his segments til Chappelle popped up on youtube recommended. This dude is shaking and guffawing, blinking and shyt---is he zooted? This dude couldnt do an interview to save his life. I never seen the dude on SNL either but this guy looks like he's doing a parody of a late night show, all his fake laughing, clapping, slapping the table, busting out like everything is the funniest shyt he's ever heard and is consistently catching him off guard.......anybody watch this clown?
