The video "footage" from that news story you posted, is from CAWBBBB, a well known internet troll. Which I pointed out in the original thread:

It supposedly happened on the 14th, he posted the video on the 15th and was on Twitter every day on and around that.

Somebody on here joked he shot the video in the hospital.

I have no idea how that turned into "he was in the hospital." The video is like 8 seconds long, there's no way to tell where he was.
