Jim Jones has a LOT of great music for someone that can't rap

Jim Jones is a legend...maybe not for his music but for his impact on the game. I actually fukked with his music. He was never techincally the best rapper but his bread n butter was his ear for great beats and songcrafting ability. He also has great mic presence and drop gems from time to time

I actually was bumping The Ghost Of Rich Porter earlier and I forgot how dope it was. One of the most slept on mixtapes this decade...his best work imo. He's released some quality albums/tapes.

Man i really miss that era of music. Asap tried to recapture the feeling but its not the same. The energy, excitement...it cant be matched. Yall had to be around to experience it. Once Jimmy befriended 50...Juelz fell off a cliff, Cam went under the radar and max got 75....it was over.

Jim Jones discography from solo albums to mixtapes is stronger than most rappers. Members of Byrd Gang is one of the GOAT mixtapes as well.

That's the same thing I've always said Jim jones actually has some good music and some skilled lyrical content.
