I'm glad JB clarified his discussion with Trump, saying that he's not in love with him. But I'm seeing that JB is falling for the same shyt another JB fell for supporting Nixon. 
James Brown was working with Nixon along the same black betterment lines. But as soon as Nixon took the White House, James was LITERALLY left outside the White House doors when it was time to put action behind his plans.
He went to D.C. several times and left standing outside and it came at the expense of the capital JB lost with the black community by supporting Nixon.
Even this song getting on Nixon didn't win him back to us.

i don't see him saying trump is gonna make things better, it's the shakeup and all the issues that get reveled from this that will *hopefully* put us in a better place. trump being elected, and his potential policies....are a big wakeup cal for manysaying he thinks Trump is gonna make things work out for the better basically means he believes in Trump. So every other celebrity gets a pass but not Brown?

Honestly... if someone is going to be in the ear of Trump in regards to "inner city poor black issues", wouldn't you want it to be Jim Brown?
