He basically wants to receive alot of money for the ass whooping he's gonna inevitably take...I cant blame him. If he fights Rigo, he gets embarassed and it could fukk up his future prospects. He tried the same money excuse with Gary Russell Jr, when GRJ was thought to be next up, so he has a history of crying for bigger purses when the REAL talent comes looking for him.
