Knowing how some of these teams think, they would probably panic and think some other team would go after Hackett, so they would then get desperate and rush to bring him in BEFORE getting an agreement from Rodgers.

Hackett didn't call the plays for GB but he was OC when the Jags went to the AFCCG with Blake Bortles at QB so I guess you gotta give him some credit for that.

From what Rodgers said it seems like they had a good relationship in GB.
