I read portions of the Bhadavad Gita in college and can't remember shyt about Krishna

Anyways, I learned a bit about multiple religions in college and right away I thought Buddha was way more profound than Jesus. Easily. He was on some other shyt.

Jesus is the better philosopher.

Buddha basically taught that in order to rid yourself of suffering, you must eliminate desire. Therefore, you had to do wish/want/desire to not desire things of this world. Not only is that impossible, it is hypocritical.

Krishna, in the Bhagavad Gita, told Arjuna why he had to kill his cousins the Kauravas based upon his duty towards the caste system. A system which assigns individuals from birth their lot in life with no room of improvement or change. Very bad.

Jesus' philosophy towards the poor, sinners and achieving the "Kingdom of Heaven" on Earth with universal love is timeless.
