I just did a full on fitness test where they do a VO2 submax cardio test (treadmill with oxygen mask), full blood work, and body composition scan.
Basically one of the factors they look at other than fat around the mid section, is the amount of fat you hold on your larges muscle groups like your thighs, glutes, and hamstrings. The higher the body fat, the higher the risk for cancer, diabetes, etc.
Honestly, I would want mature black women to strive for higher standard than that being a "healthy build". It isn't...
