Accusing someone of not participating in meaningful conversation paints the picture of disinterest. In actuality, we don't know what meaningful means to her. It is an accusation that can be thrown out simply because the person didn't get their own way.
Multiple instances from May 2021 onwards paints the picture of him being consistently unreliable. In actuality, we don't know the number and we don't know his track record before changes in his life. That information matters because the period from May 2021 to now is not long enough to determine whether it is a consistent pattern, or a blip due to recent changes.
