Yeah, Loren os a bit better than Jess. I jist dont think it is big improvement. I think they’re both not good. Loren just talk entirely too much. She messes up the interviews often. Hopefully she gets better.
Jess just need to focus on her comedy because her delivery is a bit rough. Radio isn’t for Jess
Yeap Jess came up off of the Internet validation and she let the criticism trick her out of her spot. Even if they're doing some rotating gig with her and Lauren that should give her more time to pursue other ventures. But she let people that she don't even know on the Internet gas her up into going live and then have a further convo on air the next day lol. I'm sure it's good for ratings but the flaws were evident Lauren was just better prepared, more experienced, and took the job more seriously. She actually did some research and had good questions for the interviews while I've seen Jess strong point is just gossiping and joking on Charlemagne.
Again, no one appreciates the educated, calm chick until they replace her with a chick like this.
Again, no knock to Jess, but she isn’t build for normal workplace tension/drama. None of this should’ve played out on social media. This is ghetto as hell and why some Black folks keep their distance when some Black folks join the team. No one wants any association with someone who behaves like this in the workplace.
Gotta be strategic and plan your exit in moments like this.
