In what corporate environment do you take maternity leave and come back to job competition?

The tether scab needs to go back where Jess pulled her from to hold her spot.

Now that she’s there, the undeserved entitlement shows.

Microcosm of the Macrocosm.
You’re right, but here’s the thing- who gets a new job and takes maternity leave like, a few months later? No one. :deadrose:

Chick got a new job and got knocked up out of wedlock right after. She was hired because they needed a third person. She went on leave after they secured her, the new third person. :skip:

You are supposed to be on your Ps and Qs the first year on a new job.

Reminds me of the Insecure episode with the black loud obnoxious intern who ignored Molly lol
👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 YES! Lmao

That’s what I was saying earlier.
Some ppl join your office and behave like that and wonder why some Black folks stay away.

That’s EXACTLY who Jess acted like lmao :laff:

I do feel sorry for Jess though she goes from "dream job" and having a baby, the highest of highs, shows some love to Loren having her do the show in her absence and everyone turn on her :dead:

Watched all the drama yesterday. What makes it more difficult is even if they have Loren off video/radio she is still the producer and they have to work together.

I liked Loren better when it came to the serious news items and getting more information. She can come in and do her price, and Jess can just do her Mess segment and be primary with Charla/Envy. Both can work.

One of my employees went on maternity leave and I didn't fire the guy that covered her shift.

She was gone for 3 months.

When she came back I was able to move the schedule around for everyone and it all worked out. Luckily she didn't want her full time hours because she wasn't going to get them anyway.

Pregnancy slows down your career ladies.
Sorry but it is what it is.

:yeshrug:

Yes women who take the time to educate themselves and don't have children will usually be better off financially than you.

She seriously fumbled. She already had a son and got the opportunity of a lifetime and the first thing she does is get pregnant by a carbon copy of the dude who already cheated on her.

So basically she made herself another single mom by a dude who makes much less than she does.

So when they ultimately break up she'll be paying him child support and will have to go back to making posts everyday on IG to cover they payments because her days are obviously numbered at the BC.

Stupid bytch.

And the comments are mostly legit. Jess doesn’t do any prep work or so it seems. She introduces a story and when simple basic follow up questions are asked, she doesn’t know.

And she’s supposed to be a comedian, but she isn’t funny at all on the show.

People from Baltimore are not slow, having said that Jess seems pretty slow and the accent don’t help much. She can barely read and I don’t think she knows how to study, let alone prepare notes for an interview
