The last great coach was Jimmy Johnson, because he was based. He told Jerry Jones to shut the fukk up, and know his role, let him run the team he was given. Jerry Jones got butthurt, and got rid of Jimmy, because he only wanted "Yes" men. Hell even Parcells was a Yes man to Jerry. If you have a coach who cannot stand up to Jerry, how can he stand up to a football team and lead them to excellence?
