This has never happened to you while traveling before?
You literally just have to answer a y/n question on your app or simple call your vendor and tell them it's you. Either way it takes 2-3 minutes and legit only happens to prevent you from being ripped off.
If you're responsible, you contact your bank before you travel like you're supposed to.
