I don’t think it would suck because Busta is literally a GOAT performer and TI is a really good one. I bring up the NY/ATL shyt because THEY are bringing it up everywhere. Look at JD in the video. Puff gave them a makeover, he was not a producer or writer on their album. Puff was a businessman from day one, his time being an intern and A&R at uptown taught him the value of getting writer/producer credits and owning masters, he parlayed getting his credits masterfully but y’all overstepping his work on the music side

Not the same because JD never switched up. We can rightfully argue that both JD and Puffy bit Dre in terms of their duo dynamic with Da Brat and Biggie respecrtfully. Both were heavily inspired by The Chronic. But JD been doing the things that Puffy eventfully FOLLOWED doing since day one. Whether it was with Kriss Kross, TLC or Xscape. He was right there with the adlibs, in the videos and all of that WELL before Puffy became established on outside the Andre Herrell shadow.
