I just don't think Shane wants THAT much of it. It's a huge responsibility and a lot of shyt involved with it. He might be more content to conduct business but still have time for his family and living life... maybe he doesn't revolve his life around the company like Vince does (or HHH for that matter). He doesn't have a beef with Vince... it's just that he probably doesn't desire to BECOME Vince, and that's what he'd have to do if he had the company given to him. Like Jericho said, it's a lot more to it than just making a booking decision... Vince has hundreds of things on his plate. That type of shyt ain't for everybody.
I'm just guessing, but that seems like the most likely reason. I always thought HHH, Shane, and Stephanie would probably have a joint ownership, but

From what a lot of people say, you have to have a certain type of personality to thrive on the corporate side of the business. Shane probably took a good look at things and felt he could do without the headache

Let's not pop the champagne just yet remember he was the one who hired Sin Cara and Kharma. Though I will say getting Bruno in the HOF made me very optimistic about his readiness to take over.

If there's one guy I trust to actually have the balls, heart and overall vision to run the WWE, it's HHH..and I've never been a huge fan.

What's the thing with Kharma, where people act like she got a push and it flopped or somethin'?She was well on her way to dominating and probably getting very much over... she ended up being pregnant and therefore having to leave. Then she loses the baby, goes thru some issues because of that, doesn't get in shape enough to come back, and gets released. Ain't like anybody knew any of that would happen before she got signed soooooo what part of signing her was a bad move? She was one of the better signings, IMO... real life just happened to her.

I thought Shane cashed out his share of the company years ago to pursue something with a mixed martial arts company.
Like someone of her size and ability would be booked the same way Alicia Fox or Tamina are... she'd probably have been in a Chyna-esque role by now.
