Winning for no real reason? The whole damn feud is built off of him not winning shyt all year. What are you talking about? It's Jericho though so he'll probably lose and Ziggler will float until they're ready to get that belt off of Sheamus.

Respect that man right there. Ziggler vs Jericho is intriguing because either man can win. If Jericho wins but Ziggler beats him down afterwards or the next night in frustration it could help Jericho (he finally wins a PPV match this year) and Ziggler look like a threat while beating a fan favorite. Not to mention it gives Jericho a feud when he comes back.
If Ziggler wins in a thriller it could put him over (upstart beats vet) and Jericho could leave as he wonders if he really lost it and contemplates leaving wrestling. Allows him to come back focused to resume his feud w/ Ziggler.

Jericho should try to do what HBK did instead and get his wins back. Put the younger guy over at a larger PPV (Summerslam) and get the win back at Raw or lesser PPV. Maintains competitiveness rather than looking one-sided.
