There was a game earlier this year in the majors where one replay showed fair the other foul.

The announcers were like

And it does look like it clipped the pole, but the ball never changes direction. IF it clipped the right side of the foul pole, it should change direction to the right. From the down the line angle, the ball kept on the flight that it was on and disappeared behind the foul pole.
