100%, Vince didnt want him to leave and he's probably waiting for the concussion lawsuit and his UFC run to end so he can give him the "Hey Pal" call. Really its Triple H who might have the issue and even he's probably willing to see the business sense in it
Only thing stopping him from gong is Punk himself probably taking pride in being the lone guy who never goes back (Even Savage was about to return before he died as he had the Mattel figure and did a commercial for one of their games in like 2010-2011)
