Jeff Hardy is completely broken down. As much as Matt, it just took a little longer for it all to hit him, unlike Matt which the decline started earlier and has lasted longer. I'm pretty sure he wanted a break and planned to re-sign in the fall for the Shawn Michaels deal (1-2 non PPV shows per month, limited house shows)... then he got caught with an entire pharmacy worth of drugs like 2 weeks after his contract expired.
