It was a complete waste of an album title...but its getting me thru a slow day at work right now.

It's about the recession in the hood from his eyes, but he put 18 tracks to make it more general

Starts of with the recession and ends with black president, if Obama (or more like EU) solves this in a possible 2nd term.. Imagine 10-15 years from now, classic.

Directly addresses the effects of the crisis, problem is that the hood is always fukked up.
Dude is not there to talk about other peoples lives, or talk about the actual recession he's talking about the effect from it.
He's not trying to rap about mortgage backed securities and credit default swaps.

If I want a southern album with substance i'll check Goodie Mob Soul Food...if I want some bangers i'll rock wit Jeezy. It is what it is.
