If it's family, type friendships, don't take it to court. I've done a little business with my family type friends, and the first thing I said was, amid joking about getting done like the Winklesvoss twins, 'I am not going to be taking you to court, ever'.

If Kink did this, then tensions maybe were festering for awhile, but if they were just cool last week, and then they file a lawsuit, that's a bullshyt move.

I'm not sure how this business shyt works so ill let the lawyers and accountants handle....but its a safe bet Jeezy is only corporate by name and wouldn't know if the books wuz straight or not....Jeezy ain't gon take the word of Kinky B's lawyers that Kinky B should be making more money then he is....that's assuming Kinky B wuz smart enuff to not share the same lawyers and accountants with Jeezy....its his lawyers job to make sure Kinky B's books is straight not Jeezy....they not splitting up local label moneys any more....if books wuznt straight Kinky B's lawyers need to have they azz beat for just now noticing and never goin to court before now almost a decade later....but as I say I'm not a business man a judge will figure out,not neccesarily bad blood I would assume....but Jeezy supposed to make classics and watch the books what the fuk Kinky B gon do while jeezy doin all this work?

Like I say I don't know much but it just sounds smarter to me....chances are Jeezy does a lot more business on his own with these lawyers....business that he might not think has anything to do with Kinky B but Kinky B feels as if they started the business of CTE together that he should get half of everything Jeezy does,Jeezy may feeel his role is smaller than that its not even a matter of dishonesty or greed neccesarily from either party,could simply be ignorance and misunderstanding....if you let your own seperate lawyers iron out who gets a percentage of what NOW and any future endorsements,clothing lines etc this shyt won't happen or at least it'll be settled quick bcuz its in writing shadiness wuz goin on....Jeezy might feel he just owe this nikka for CTE profits which is what they built together...CTE profits?comon Kinky B....iron that shyt out from the jump....ain't even about not trusting each other but ima always assume the lawyer is working for the breadwinner.

Yea I misread tho the first time tho it mentioned endorsements at the end but I guess that's talkin bout other artist,sounds like he just want the money they made off CTE though?....he's listed as executive producer on I know of Tm101,but I don't know what his cut is supposed to be of the albums he's an exec producer for...if he been gettin what he wuz owed before and suddenly stopped that should get cleared up pretty quick.
