I can see what some people were saying with the uninspired talk, some songs it sounds like he let the production shine and he just talked on the track

It's definitely fitting with Halloween in a few days...the album gives a spooky feel to it...U Know It reminds me of Ghostbusters for some reason

:patrice: Yeah I felt the same way when I heard that track

this is his best project since the recession....album bang! The first 4 tracks are mixed terribly tho! which is surprising being that one of Atlanta's top and best engineers mixed those tracks down...it's almost hard 2 believe.

the first 4 songs sound better with headphones on and not the whip! mixing doesn't come correct until "all there"

dope ass album regardless

I think the problem with this project is that they literally tried to emulate 2006 production wise too. That ship has sailed. I'm from Atlanta. I was here when Jeezy took the city over... but that shyt is over... it's about evolution. Shawty Redd's beats literally sound like they haven't evolved in 10 years. I understand what Jeezy trying to do but this shyt is cringe worthy.

:dahell:

The whole point is Shawty Redd's beats already sounded futuristic. That's why everyone from Lex to Metro took his style :mindblown:

While Zay keeps making the same beats over again :stopitslime:

yeah, people are idiots and dont know what they want. the entire trap sound came from shawty redd and nikkas saying his shyt sound dated smfh. and call metro boomin shyt evolutionary lmao.
shawty redds production on these 3 songs alone destroy any beat that has came out this year. if anyone is saying they dont like this cd, then they wasnt jeezy fans in the first place.

the mixing is off but it depends on what your listening to it with. humans are weird.

Man, "In The Air" is 1 of the hardest Shawty Redd tracks I've heard in a long time, especially when the hook comes in.

They WERE futuristic. Metro Boomin has definitely advanced the template. Shawty is literally using the same exact sounds from 2005.
fans are hilarious. metro boomin cant even play the piano lol. nothing dude has made will ever sound advanced or good as anything shawty redd has made. why yall think him 808 mafia sizzle lex , mike will and everyone else stole every element of his sound?

not to mention he is the reason gucci took off too

this was ten years ago... why you think every trap beat on the radio sound like these? lol
