He was committing a crime when he was sexually harassing those women and that shouldn't be ignored or excused.

It's not a legitimate excuse once other people get caught in your problems. He could have sought out help if he felt he needed it. Many mass shooters are mentally ill also. How many of them can you make excuses for?

I saw way too many comments about his mental health, why did he need to be embarassed ... and barely anything on why couldn't he just not do what he did. What did he really expect to happen, that they were going to have a conversation knowing he had no pants on?


And it's so similar to the same excuses of prioritizing the offender and downplaying the act and its effects on the victims.

The majority of people aren't taking pity on this guy, this is a weird case because imo it's "should you kill someone stealing your car unarmed" without adding what we think he may have done elsewhere in his car, driving through a drive through masturbating without pants, does someone deserve to die for that?

Plus even if you don't plan to commit a crime and instead do it out of passion or an immediate urge. Its still a fukking crime. nobody sticks up for bait car theives, they didn't plan to steal any cars until they came across one with a sign on it that said "steal me".
