Never looked it from that perspective. Just thought Jay was telling whoever that it was okay to take a picture because I know some of these celebs aren't too fond of paparazzi. To be trill with you, I think more celebs seem more down to earth or seem to be less attention whorish in their everyday lives than noncelebs where it's not a thing to see people taking pictures and documenting their everyday lives on social media without anyone asking or being interested. Jay has an excuse for being behind the camera. The average person does not.
