They are not asking for sh!t. They are begging and so busy watching another mans pockets instead of being focused on bettering their self.

Oprah and Jay have put on many people on and made many black millionaires.. The problem is people like you never be happy no matter what they do. It will never be enough. Oprah has funded all black girls schools, black movies and shows written and directed by blacks and given some black actors and upcoming black talent chances they would have never got. From what I see and hear Jay looks out for the black people in his circle and always has. There are plenty of black folks employed with Roc nation, roc sports, and Jay's other ventures.
