Watching him talk about the songs was more interesting then the songs themselves.

I don't think it's a bad album...just lacking.

Pharrell gets astonished quite easily...he's always got the :mindblown: face every time I see someone talking to him.

Two things killed the album:

The commercials killed the album. All of the songs from the commercials sounded fuller and grittier than they sound on the album.

This album also came out at the beginning of Jay losing his cool. This was an entire new generation of fans and this was the first time that Jay just wasn't connecting. It also turned off long time fans because some of it soinded like he was trying to fit in.

album was good for its time but not a top jay album , i was blasting it along side yeezus and that asap album

For once I would like to see him fukk with unknown cats and blow them up. But naaah...Jay been fukkin with the same 5 producers for over 10 years. shyt is boring.
