Before the allegations i don’t think anyone who’s been part of the culture would link puff and jigga as “friends”

I’ve never thought of them that way. Like when you think of Jay, you don’t think of Puff too.

As far as i can think of they don’t have any real projects or business ventures together.

They don’t seem any closer than anyone else who came up during that time in the industry.

Seems people just have a need to link as many people to puff as possible for whatever reason.

It wasn’t a statement. It was essentially a press conference and Spiro said what he said off the top. And the reason he said it was to make it clear that Jay Z would not be privy to anything going on involving Diddy. It keeps him out of that case or investigation.
