Again im not hating but if you want to be impressed look at what Magic Johnson has done in business and that should inspire you to pick up a business book or 2.

Jay is in the process or has completed the task of manipulating the general public into believing he has more influence or ownership in the team than he actually has. For those that don't know let me list some other minority celebrity owners that probably own the same amount or more of a professional sports team but since they're not trying to manipulate the general public into thinking they're bigger than they are fly under the radar.

There is quite an amazingly big difference between having your own box and deciding who gets one and how they should look. .

That's the reason to why no one says shyt about those guys, cause they are just in name type of people. Jay has his name on the seats, Nelly might have 2 reserved seats. Because Bobby Johnson thought he would be hot forever .. Still can't take nothing away from cats like Nelly or JT, but J. Lo and Marc Anthony type of cats are laughable. Like being a a honorary doctor at a university.


And the reason to why he didn't want anyone to know is probably cause it wasn't accurate and it was the biggest paper reporting it. Anything they report turns into a story.

Serena Williams could stand outside the Dolphins stadium and take a pic but nobody would care because they don't believe she owns a significant amount of equity in the team. Any Green Bay,Wisconsin resident can stand in front of Lambeau Field and take a pic of a stadium that they have as much ownership in as Jay does. They're pulling the wool over your eyes. The Russian been caking like a mufukka off of retail sales from Brooklyn Nets merchandising that nikkas are flocking to because Jay is stamping it as his own team. Those things are things that a marketing executive at a team would do anyway. That doesn't make it anymore significant, of course the Russian will allow him to do it because he's gonna cake as long as Jay stamps it. What im telling you is that Jay invested 1 million dollars into the team. 50 cent,Puff,Snoop or anybody else that's acquired enough finance and influence could do the same thing. It's not as if Jay invested a mill and his ownership stake reflects more than that. It's not like he invested 1 mill and owns 4% of the team. He invested a mill and owns less than 1% of the team. If you run around calling yourself an owner of any business you own less than a percent of you would be called a fraud.

If Nelly was able to play a part in bringing the Bobcats to St. Louis, hell yeah it would be impressive. Hov's a figurehead, but he was a figurehead designed to ease the concerns Brooklyn residents had about the project. It was supposed to be a bigger project that would have displaced more people. Not to say Hov was a mastermind or anything, but if it weren't for him, BK woulda been kicking and screaming in anger about this whole thing more than it is.

Now what he could do is take a pic of the 40/40 that's in the arena and that would be cool but to front like he's an owner is just like you said, me having some small shares of a company that the company I work for invested in for my 401 k and me taking pics next to google as if I actually own that shyt. Jerry West was given a small percentage of The Golden State Warriors but he's not going around putting up billboards with his face on it like he's a major owner of the team.
