no.
1) there's a NY specific statute that has extended the statute of limitations on these claims; 2) there have been a torrent of lawsuits re: sexual assault and rape against Diddy, which tend to increase the likelihood of a late lawsuit; 3) NDA expirations wouldn't allow a subsequent suit for damages - there is virtually no chance an NDA was involved
That's what kills me about these things. People get their names dragged and no matter the outcome, innocent or guilty, they're never whole again.
I'm not taking sides, I'm not in this for daps, I don't do "rap beefs" either. It just doesn't feel right when a grenade just goes off 20 years later like this. These media outlets just pounce and print the most scandalous headlines the FCC will allow.
