You have to realize that the flow is dictated by the 6/8 timing. So you can't really compare it to flows over the more comfortable and familiar 4/4 timing. That's why it is similar to the Nas Heaven track. But yeah, Jay killed it with the way he easily transitioned from the rapid flow to the slower parts throughout the verses.
Another track like that is Kanye Spaceship.
