It’s probably a front company. Jay sold his ass (literally) to the powers that be...they reward him by creating shell companies and “purchase” things from him, to pay him.

Dumbass Jiggaman should have cooperated and not looked suspicious. Now he’s under the microscope and looking funny under the light.

It’s also highly likely that he pissed off someone important, that’s why it’s a big story in the mainstream media. They’re bringing out the wolves.

Since this company grossly overpaid for Rocawear(seems like a shell company). What were the other bidders offering.

Also, Jay z kept interest in Rocawear with this company going forward
