Sadly, I believe it. He's got an unreleased album with Game too.

There's a Pete Rock and M.O.P. project too, circa 1999/2000.

The amount of shyt we don't get to hear is insane.

Although I do feel where you're coming from regarding Jay. From what I've always heard he basically uses what he records and doesn't have much on the cutting room floor, since he usually doesn't record when he's not actively making an album.
