The certification date isn't when it shipped that amount in real time. If you look at Wayne he had multiple certifications updated the same day, because that's when the audit was done.

Last thing on dude's mind, is album certifications, these days. He's way beyond the point in his career, where he even has to bother with music anymore. Dude is making millions in his sleep now.
