:snoop:

If you were Love you don't think you'd be upset with your name being brought up at all? :usure:
Prolly a little annoyed, but he will only have to deal with it this one question.

This is not a big deal for Love. Man is a multimillionaire and hasnt been on a college campus in nearly 10 years.

IF Williams ratted out a current college player or coach, then I can see people being really upset.

He keeps rehashing this story. Kevin's dad played in the league and his uncle started The Beach Boys. I'm sure he was good financially.

Jay Williams has this Tiki Barber-esque vibe that makes me dislike the hell out of him.

this isn't' about him really. this is about his dirty aau coach using his connection to love to try and funnel him to a specific agent, financial managers, etc. it didn't work because "Kevin's dad played in the league and his uncle started The Beach Boys", but it does work more times than not with kids who aren't coming from that type of background and their aau coaches taking bribes to hook them up with dirty agents and financial managers who take them for everything.

So now it's not the article y'all think would infuriate Love, it's the headline :shaq2:

I doubt Love cares about this. Even if he did take money, the "bad press" from taking money as a college player would be minimal, and since he didn't actually take any money he has no legal issues to worry about. Love probably read this and was just like "I knew this dude was a clown all along, that's why I didn't sign with him:ehh:"

I highly doubt he's infuriated by this. He certainly has no reason to be.
Who is y'all?

TYRONE GA!
why is this even a jailable offense?

Sneaker companies are writing fake purchase orders for the money they are paying these cats. When you are a publicly traded company like that, and you are falsifying records that is. HUGE NO NO. These calls are occurring over state lines, hence the Feds.

Don't be surprised if the SEC, not the conference either, comes for these cats too.
