I’m surprised no one mentioned this yet. This song put me on to Jay Rock and I view it as an underrated classic :ehh:

Speaking of this track and my TDE album wishlist, it would be too fukking dope if JUSTICE League can be added to that producers list. I personally think they should tap into their 2008-2012 sound which gave them that distinctly cinematic and atmospheric vibe. That old sound of theirs would fit perfectly for a movie soundtrack, especially one as major as the Black Panther OST :ohlawd:

A full-fledged TDE album with joints from Kendrick, Jay Rock, Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, SZA, and Isaiah Rashad including features from the likes of Vince Staples, Future, Jhene Aiko, YG, Earl Sweatshirt, Drake, Big KRIT, Snoop, etc. being produced from the likes of Sounwave, Cardo, Thundercat, Knxwledge, Terrace Martin, Metro Boomin, Dr. Dre, 9th Wonder, The Alchemist, Pharrell, T-Minus, Flying Lotus, Just Blaze, etc. would be a top contender for THE GOAT Hip Hop album of my generation :blessed:

I don’t think they need to do that but it would be dope if there was a bit more in house features on their albums. Especially Kendrick, some of my at songs from TDE are the Black Hippy boys together on a track, Blessed, Moscato, Money Trees, Hood Gonna Love It, etc

Not many people know about that album, came out on Strange Music and before TDE blew up or even before Kendrick had built up much steam. I was onto Ab Soul before I really got into Kendrick.
