You’re way off. The hearing was because he’s a school psychologist but has done a million videos calling himself a psychologist, therapist, counselor, etc. In a breakfast club interview they called him a school psychologist at the beginning so the rest of the duck tales were excused.

1) Well actually Umars school is two buildings which he's shown over 50 times on video, but even if you use street view you can see them
both are listed at 400K - he more than likely offered them 750K and they took it.

I also came to the conclusion after having to explain concepts to Booker over hundred times that he is legit having some comprehension/logic/reasoning issues. Don't have the energy for it no more. :hubie:

It’s showing both the sale and deed price. That $1.2 mil is the same 2017 sale amount listed under the sale history on the real estate listing site.

Since 2017 sales prices match up, it’s not a leap to suggest Umar payed $400k for both properties seeing that it is being listed on the listing site and not on the site that I linked.

Also kept saying that Umar was saying four buildings while he was contending it was only two.

Again for the 3rd time, Umar is calling the gym and the library "buildings", but they aren't technically separate buildings

if you wanna call that a "lie" that's your prerogative, not here to argue your feelings and opinions

It’s not feelings or opinions. It’s fact based off of the property website. I wasn’t debating with you. I’m informing you because you keep mentioning “Umar said four”. You can dead that now.

And the gym is actually a separate building which is one of the two physical buildings showing under the parcel ‘27’. Again, this is not something for you to debate, this is a factual correction based off of you just stating the gym not being a separate building. It is and you can see that in the video.
