Stic.man is one of the two people— the other being Jay Electronica— who writer dream hampton revealed as being ghostwriters on the rapper's Untitled album. In response to the fury, he explained his involvement in the project. "As far as the rumors about myself and jay electronika ghost writing for Nas, let me say this," he wrote on Facebook. "Nas is one of the if not the most prolific original lyricist to EVER do it. My contributions to his album was a collaboration and an honor and under his direction of what he wanted to convey and say. Haters cant discredit that man's genuis. Nas is the Don."

Jay Elec comments on the matter as well, via Twitter.
"Nas is one of the Greatest Ever. never has and never will need a ghostwriter. that man's pen and legacy is without question," tweeted the "Exhibit C" rapper this evening (August 14th).

Neither is saying "I did not write for him" in that. Those quotes can mean what you want from either side.

Jay's comment could easily be interpreted as him not needing one in general because he's talented...but that doesn't mean he didn't want or accept any for the alleged time period. Two different things

Jay is usually so loquacious and direct about everything else it seems like both would straight up say I did not ghostwrite but they're jumping around that statement and complimenting without admitting they did or didn't.

That said who knows anything but the people directly involved

I swear these guy must love trolling the internet. Why wouldn't you just flat out say "I didn't ghostwrite for Nas" and dead the entire argument.

Serious question does reaching so hard to claim that either guy didn't deny the accusations hurt?. Because with all of the reaching going on here with some posters, it's inevitable that some of you must have pulled something.

Personally, I don't give a shyt if nas had a ghostwriter (which i don't think he did)....his shyt still bangs. I'm grateful for the end product.

i believe they wrote bars for the respective songs..

its the fact DH said theyghostwrote most of the album that gets people riled up..

but i can see him having a bi of help.. when you said this much in your life time.. help is not a bad thing.
