Tomlin isnt going anyplace. The Steelers have established a culture, and Tomlin is a huge part of it. They aren't one of these franchises who change coaches like underwear. Tomlin could coach in Pittsburgh for another 10 years if he wanted to. Changes at the management level are very rare in Pittsburgh.
